WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This information is also provided pursuant to the General Regulation for the protection of personal data of the European Parliament and of the Council n. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 to those who interact with the Palumbo Superyachts Refit web services for the protection of personal data, accessible electronically starting from the address:

The information is also based on Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by the art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

THE “OWNER” OF THE TREATMENT
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The “owner” of their processing is the sole administrator of Palumbo Superyachts Ancona srl, with registered office in Via E. Mattei, 14 60125 Ancona (Italy).
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned office in Ancona and are only handled by technical personnel of the office in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the site pages prepared for particular services on request.

Technical cookies
This type of cookies allows certain sections of the site to function properly. This website uses technical cookies, that is, those used for the sole purpose of “carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or by the User to provide this service “(see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code).
They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website:
analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies when used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site;
functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (e.g. language, etc.) in order to improve the service provided to the user.
For the installation of these cookies, the prior consent of the users is not required, while remains the obligation to provide the information pursuant to art. 13 of the Code.
The acquisition and processing of data deriving from the use of technical cookies is mandatory for browsing the site. In the event of opposition by the user, the complete and correct view of the site will not be possible.
At the moment this site does not install first-party profiling cookies and Google Analytics cookies have been anonymized.
Third-party profiling cookies
This type of cookies allows a website operator to be able to show targeted advertising to users who have visited their site based on their interests through the Google advertising network or on other advertising sites. The advertising shown is based on the web pages previously visited by the user and is shown later on other websites that allow the display of Remarketing campaigns. Remarketing campaigns can be carried out through services offered by third parties (such as the Google Adwords Remarketing tool). Remarketing campaigns generate so-called profiling cookies.
We use this type of cookies only with the prior consent of the user. Every cookie we use is described in more detail below.
Linkedin Insight Tag: The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a piece of lightweight JavaScript code that we have added to our websites to enable in-depth campaign reporting and to help us unlock valuable insights about our website visitors. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions, retarget website visitors, and unlock additional insights about members interacting with our LinkedIn adverts. The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of metadata such as IP address information, timestamp, and events such as page views. All data is encrypted. The LinkedIn browser cookie is stored in a visitor’s browser until they delete the cookie or the cookie expires (there’s a rolling six month expiration from the last time the visitor’s browser loaded the Insight Tag).

Facebook Pixel: We use Facebook Pixel on our website. Facebook Pixel is a tracking code which allows us to track and monitor the success of advertisements we use on Facebook and to improve the effectiveness of those advertisements by recording information such as the device you used to access our website and the actions you took on our website using cookies. OPTIONAL SUPPLY OF DATA
Apart from what specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms to Palumbo Superyachts Ancona or in contacts with the Office to solicit the sending of informative material or other communications.
Failure to provide required data may prevent users from availing of related services.
It must be noted, however, that in some cases the Authority may request information for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases the response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.
PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data are processed, even through the use of automated tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific safety measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, the illegal or wrong use of them and any unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
Subjects to whom the personal data are referenced have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification.
The data subjects have the right to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the personal data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
