We aim to be recognized as a promoter of environmental awareness in the commercial and superyacht industry.
As we design, produce and repair yachts and ships which represent the closest way to get in contact with marine nature, we feel responsible for advocating an environmentally friendly attitude toward yachting.
Environmental sustainability is the focus of our approach to get moving with innovative solutions for the climate problem and we widely-support the future perspective of making the sustainable transition a reality for all.
The path set by Palumbo SY Refit in the last years has also involved increasing our efforts to actively support yacht owners to take steps towards energy efficiency for their vessels, as well as fostering the development of our skilled workforce in ever growing eco-friendly solutions by acquiring knowledge of new insulation materials, new approaches to materials, design, engineering, knowledge of regulations, etc.
At the Palumbo SY Refit Malta shipyard, our commitment to sustainability has also included the installation of solar panels, aiming to reduce lighting energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
